When you join the waitlist, we collect the email addressyou give us. That's it. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical data (such as your IP address) in server logs for security and reliability.

We do notuse advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run third-party analytics on the site.

We use your email solely to operate the waitlist — to confirm your spot and to send you launch news, beta access, and the occasional update about Puddy. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

If you're in a region that requires it (e.g. the EU/UK), our legal basis for contacting you is your consent, given when you submit your email.

We use a few trusted service providers to run the waitlist. Your data may be processed by them, including in the United States:

• Resend — stores waitlist contacts and delivers our emails.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Amazon Route 53— manages our domain's DNS.
• ImprovMX — forwards email sent to our contact address.

We keep your email until Puddy launches or until you ask us to remove it (whichever comes first). You can leave the list at any time.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribelink — one click and you're off the list. You can also email us to access, correct, or delete your information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA; just contact us and we'll honor them.

Puddy's waitlist isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
